As it's year end festive period , mails are expected to reach you within 2-3 days after we have despatched them at singpost. Some customers only received the parcels 5 days later after we mailed them out !
Reassured we always mail the items within 1-2 days after we have verified your payment.
Do emails us again if u have not received your parcel one wk after payment verification.
To ensure safe delivery of parcel during this festive period, pls opt for REG MAIL .
As responsible sellers , we will do our part to double triple check addresses and count the no of parcels against our excel sheets before Agnes mail them out :).
We have experienced mail delivery failures from yahoo and hotmail users - as in we failed to received their emails and vice versa. Hence if you have not received replies from us after 48 hours , kindly resend it once a day to avoid it being filtered to our spam .
